FTC S.W.A.T. #16502 is a robotics team competing in the First Tech Competition, a global competition in Houston, TX designed for passionate students to engage in building robotics to enrich their STEM education.

Recently, FTC S.W.A.T. #16502 won 2nd place for the Inspire Award at the FTC Chesapeake Regional Championship. With this, they are one of four teams from the DMV area advancing to the World Championship. Further, they will be the sole representative of Virginia at the Championship.
