Welcome to PayIt4Word Inc., a community-based 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2018. Based out of Suitland, Maryland, this organization is seeking to transform lives, positively impact communities, and make a difference for families in need, future generations, and leaders to come!
Our mission is to serve, empower, equip, and support individuals, families and communities through innovative programs, life skill training, and partnerships to help improve their quality of life.
What We Do?
We focus on providing innovative strategies, programs, partnerships, and assistance to enhance the following quality of life areas:
Basic Needs:
Provide basic needs such as food, shelter, jobs and family support.
Community Empowerment:
Promote civic engagement, community redevelopment, and homeownership.
Economic Development:
Arming entrepreneurs/innovators to launch businesses to assist in promoting job growth and building a legacy.
Education:
Enhance areas such as student achievement, college and career readiness, support for underserved or at-risk community segments and fostering success of local educational systems.
Health & Wellness:
Encourage health and wellness improvement to promote more active, healthy lifestyle choices.
Youth Enrichment:
Support to the arts, culture, sports, music, theater, libraries and other community lifestyle experiences including outdoor recreational and entertainment opportunities.

We are now hosting our very own Monthly Community Outreach Grocery Giveaway. Our goal is to give out over 5,000 bags of groceries this year to the community. Your donations and volunteering can help us achieve that goal.

RoyalE Scholarship & Grant Fund
The RoyalE Scholarships and Grants Project will be used to provide scholarships for deserving recipients who may have a financial need or an interest in entrepreneurship. Grants will also be provided for start-up companies that may need developmental support to get their businesses off the ground.

RoyalE Scholarships & Grants Fund
The RoyalE Scholarships and Grants Project was founded by Gregory Ledbetter, Jr., and Sean Ledbetter as a means to honor their mother, Royale Ledbetter. Over the years, Royale has been passionate about education, developing businesses, and helping others. In her earlier years, she was an entrepreneur with a desktop publishing business, Royale Text and Graphics. This business was born out of a need for extra funds to help raise her sons, as well as a need for editors for theses and dissertations at local universities. While Royale’s undergraduate and graduate degrees were sponsored by her company, she realized that many qualified and deserving students do not have the financial means to fund their education. She also realized that if she had been afforded the funds to develop a business plan, marketing plan, and other developmental needs, she possibly could still be in business today.

The Morning Investment Chat MIC Check:
We are excited to launch the Morning Investment Chat (MIC), better known as MIC Check hosted primarily by our Founder and Chairman Sean Ledbetter a licensed Realtor (DC & MD), licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC), and AIRBNB Super Host.
We will be interviewing Subject Matter Experts and business owners from various professions including but not limited to Real Estate, Wealth Building, Stocks & Cryptocurrency, Information Technology, Health & Wellness and much more to provide thought provoking tips to help change lives, challenge mindsets, encourage financial freedom, and positively impact our communities.
MIC Check will serve as one of the platforms Payit4Word will use to bring awareness in the three (Community Empowerment, Economic Development, & Education) out of six key quality life areas we focus on to help serve our community.
